This Andrea Alvarado workout will boost your balance and coordination, build strength and tone muscle.
It starts and ends with hard work. The 4 to 6 session per week, all between 30 to 50 minutes, is about building strength of body and mind.
All fitness levels will benefit from a 1.5 hour session providing you with the strength, stability, mobility, endurance and flexibility that you need to thrive.
1.25 hour of a mix yoga class of Pranayama, Asthanga, Vinyasa and finishing with Yin yoga and Meditation.
30 and 45 minutes of full meditation practice starting with breathing exercises, an explanation of mindfulness and finally deep meditation.

I’m from Colombia. I lived there untill my 20’s, followed by Chile, Argentina and most recently Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil. After a great tricot the US, Europe, Asia and Oceania, I decided a short time ago to call beautiful Byron Bay in the Northern Rivers of New South Wales where I now live permanently. I love sports, surfing, snowboard, running), yoga but most importantly I love promoting a healthy life.
